Patrick J. Lee-O’Halloran is a shareholder with Hammargren & Meyer, P.A.  Patrick focuses his practice on complex construction cases and arbitrations, representing contractors, subcontractors, owners, sureties, design professionals, and other businesses.  He received his B.A. degree cum laude from Carleton College in 1990 and his J.D. degree cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1996.  He is admitted to practice in Minnesota’s state and federal courts and has appeared pro hac vice in various state, federal, and bankruptcy courts across the country.  From 2004-2007, Patrick was included in the Minnesota Rising Stars® list, and is a frequent author and lecturer on construction litigation and related issues.  Patrick is the past president of the Minnesota Construction Association and is a qualified neutral for mediation and arbitration.
