- Residential construction and residential real estate — We assert the rights of homeowners and homeowner associations pursuing claims for moisture intrusion, construction defects, breach of warranty, fraud and misrepresentation, and breach of contract. We actively assist homeowners and homeowner associations in pursuing coverage under their insurance policies and in defending against mechanics' liens filed against their property. We also help selling homeowners understand their disclosure obligations and properly complete their written seller's disclosure statements.
- Commercial, industrial and highway/heavy construction — Our attorneys represent public and private owners, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, material suppliers and other parties in contract negotiations, procurement disputes, construction claims, bond claims, mechanics' liens or insurance coverage disputes.
